Is it bc furusato performances is came from white team? Or there is special judge for furusato?

From what I understand, it's not related to Arashi's song, Furusato. There were additional special guests/judges invited to Kouhaku. They were ordinary people who were picked by lottery(?). And the characters played by Matsuko Deluxe and Tamori's were part of the Furusato group. As a group, those 20 people chose whether to give their ball to the red team or the white team.
